  • How can i place my order?
    You can place your order online by visiting our Order online page Alternatively,please send us an e-mail to info@mcmcateringfood.co.uk
  • Do you provide alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks along with the food?
    No. Unfortunately we do not offer beverages.
  • How should I pay for my order?
    You can pay online.Once we receive your payment,a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
  • How far in advance should I put my order in?
    Orders should be placed at least 10 days before the event.
  • Is the price stated per person or per trey?
    Prices are listed per trey/platter and depend on the size of the treys. Each food category has different trey sizes.For more information,please refer to our Menu page
  • How many pieces of food does your small, medium and large trey include?
    Detailed information can be found on our Menu page There is a dish option for each item that shows how many pieces of food each size has and its price.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours after it has been submitted, and we will refund the full amount.We will deduct a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price paid if you cancel your order after 48 hours. The remainder of the payment will be refunded to you.
  • Can I make any amendments to my order once it has been placed?
    Yes,you can add or remove items from your order within 48 hours from the time it has been submitted. To do this please get in touch with us using our Contact Form or send us an e-mail to info@mcmcateringfood.co.uk
  • Can I discuss with you any dietary needs/allergy advice that I have?
    Absolutely! We value our customers and their specific dietary needs and will be happy to discuss this further with you.We take any allergies or intolerances with extreme responsibility and will try to modify our dishes accordingly wherever possible.We asks our customers to specify any dietary needs with us prior submitting their order.More information about the allergens can be found on our Allergy advice page
  • Do you provide delivery of the orders?
    Yes, we deliver the products in Coventry and within a 20 mile radius.
  • What is the cost of the delivery?
    The delivery cost within Coventry is 3GBP. Outside Coventry the delivery fee is 10 GBP.
  • Where can i find more information about dishes and their allergen content?
    You can find guidance about the 14 allergens on our Allergy advice page Under each allergen we have enclosed more details and its designated symbol. The allergen content of each dish is specified in its description and is stated with the relevant symbol.

We work with pre-orders only. Please submit your order at least 10 days before the event so we can accommodate. Thank you!
